Abstract Now more than ever, the flow of information has become a crucial factor in determining the fate of different enterprises. ERP systems helped the companies in countless ways in streamlining the management process which has a trickle-down effect to its employees’ welfare, customer service, and other logistical needs. However, there has also been a gap as to how effective ERP systems and how it translates to positive results.

The study primarily focused on identifying the critical success factors and weakness points in Danone’s ERP implementation. Not all ERP projects are successful especially in dealing with the triple constraints of project, scope, and cost on the top of the overall quality of the output. And most especially, not all ERP solution will suit effectively and efficiently the business need.

This research aims to put forward new and innovative ideas to help enterprises, most especially in the Philippines.

This study utilized “STEEP Analysis” and “ERP Implementation Success Model from Fit Perspective” in assessing the ERP implementation in Danone.

The research results show that successful ERP implementation is greatly attributed on both external and internal factors. Dependencies on quasi-moderator and contingency variables has been identified as well. In the end, harmony between organizational fit and ERP implementation yields to more affirmative results.
