Abstract Waste management is still a major problem in the Philippines for the past decades. Waste management issues are aggravated by the continuous changing patterns of daily consumption, industrial development, and urbanization. Philippines experiencing a major challenge of improving waste management systems. Waste in the ocean and landfills create damage to flora, fauna, as well as in the human supply food chain. Instead of letting this waste just be waste, creating a feasibility study of a business model will be of assistance to solve this problem. The business model tackles the conversion of waste into something useful in exchange of monetary value. In addition, concept of circular economy will be integrated to this business model. The whole idea will be reflected into a single online portal waste management market which will be an opportunity for the local government to solve rapid increase of waste and to be cost-efficient in budget spending for waste management. Furthermore, this will help ordinary households to earn a living if proven feasible.
