| Abstract | The coronavirus pandemic has impacted the different modes of living of every human and tends to innovate on things to support a specific field of industry which includes the field of education. One option the government – Department of Education has provided to support the education of students around the country is distance learning. Distance Learning needs to have its continuous growth and stability to establish it as a permanent option. This paper intends to support the said idea by the application technology foresight through scenario building. The paper used a technology management principle as a methodology which is technology foresight through scenario building and explains the innovation through technology adoption and transfer. The results of the research have given four relevant scenarios and made an impact analysis out of it to which can be used by the city of Marikina in the process of distance learning. |
