Abstract The project seeks to organize the building system for a Residential High rise Structure, basing it upon scientific principles of management and simplified procedures to achieve greater efficiency and economy in operation. The project hopes to come up with a building system that utilizes all the aspects of architectural service to achieve a higher level of developmental construction.

For at least two decades the problems and obstacles in meeting the requirements of the housing problem in the Philippines have been stated over and over again. Almost all aspects and issues, be it political, economic, social, environmental or technological, have been presented and analyzed. And with vertical construction as one of the more effective answers to the overwhelming demand, Residential Buildings impose their importance and value to the cause of the country's development. They have been indispensable components and contributors to the growth of urban centers everywhere, a reply to skyrocketing construction and land costs. And as a shelter for the manpower population that runs the growth and development of urban concentrations, they are, undeniably, integral parts that help constitute a sound and effective urban center.

Numerous studies have been undertaken in order to effectively answer the country's housing requirements. These studies, although most are inclined towards low-cost mass housing, present much promise for the country's advancement. For although High Rise Residential Condominiums offer a glimpse of things to come, the way they are being built reflects what afflicts the practice of local construction. Still, inadequate resources, economic implications, and lack of credible building systems make the task more difficult and challenging. And with this thesis project requires it to be applied to Fort Bonifacio City projects, questions arise whether the quality and profile of existing residential condominiums in the country would conform to the development standar
