| Abstract | The Subic Bay Think Pad is a science and technology movement park - a hub for productivity and exchange. It was conceptualized as a transition structure into Subic Bay Central Business District's (Subic Bay CBD) goal of becoming a model base conversion into a business district. With its four main core spaces- the public realm, the future lab, the business incubator, and the play tower, the Subic Bay Think Pad aims to revitalize vibrancy and re-establish identity in Subic Bay CBD through its local's involvement. The different spaces were unified under the design concept of movement which were manifested in the design elements of permeability, flexibility, and naturality. As a transition structure, the project incorporates start-up and business learning spaces with park and play spaces- spaces which are familiar to Subic Bay locals and culture.
