| Abstract | The capstone project employed technology foresight and scenario building to explore potential future digital transformation prospects for hybrid cloud adoption in the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC). The research identified key drivers, opportunities and challenges influencing hybrid cloud adoption. The study envisioned three plausible future scenarios: full hybrid cloud deployment, selective cloud adoption and proof-of-concept deployment. The findings provided OGCC decision-makers with actionable insights for informed strategic decisions, proactive adaptation to emerging technologies and effective digital transformation, ultimately facilitating a seamless transition to a hybrid cloud model. |
