| Abstract | This study presents a technology roadmap for implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) at Meralco to enhance organizational learning and support digital transformation. Using a qualitative research design grounded in Thematic Analysis, the study identifies key themes from stakeholder insights and organizational documents to ensure the roadmap is context-specific and actionable. A SWOT analysis, complemented by Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, was conducted to assess readiness and strategic alignment. Results indicate a moderately weak internal position (IFE score: 2.15) due to cultural and resource-related challenges, and a highly favorable external environment (EFE score: 3.10) with significant opportunities for compliance integration, blended learning, and career development. To address the identified gaps and maximize Meralco's strengths and opportunities, a roadmap is proposed to address key points raised in the organizational and SWOT analyses. The roadmap outlined in this capstone paper identifies the products, technologies, resources, and markets to be leveraged for the implementation of an LMS at Meralco. This paper proposed the implementation of two main products for Meralco – the Bihasa Technical Training System and the Learning Management System. The BTTS will serve as a springboard for the full implementation of a Learning Management System to demonstrate the behavior, utilization, and adoption of a self-directed learning platform within the company. In doing so, the project team will be able to anticipate and prepare for the necessary issues and concerns that may arise in the implementation of a full LMS. |
